posted Dec 27, 2011 8:47 AM by communications@dynastyfc.com

Dynasty drop points again this pass week falling to Tricycles SC B 4:3. Dynasty were off to a slow start quickly conceding two goals. Dynasty were able to get one back by new comer Jason Hernandez from a wicked left footed shot. Soon right after Felipe Hernandez scored his second goal in two games bringing Dynasty back into the match at half.

Dynasty were dominating possession throughout the whole match but were again struggling in finding the back of the net which would prove costly as Tricycles took advantage of two mistakes by Dynasty and capitalizing bringing their lead back up to two again.  Dynasty did not let up and still kept pressing and getting a goal back with minutes left by Jason Hernandez scoring his second goal of the match but was not enough to come back at the final whistle.

With this defeat Dynasty loses the opportunity to move up to second place in the blue section after FC Kosova lost to blue section leader’s NK Prijedor. Tricycles now are tied with Dynasty with 7 points with Dynasty still holding the 3rd place spot by goal deferential. Next Week Dynasty will face HNK Primorac at 7:40PM.

NSL Week 2 Match Report - Dynasty V FC Kosova

posted Dec 3, 2011 11:39 AM by communications@dynastyfc.com   [ updated Dec 3, 2011 12:39 PM ]

Dynasty FC played a hard fought match yesterday against FC Kosova which ended in a draw with both teams taking home a point from the match. Dynasty knew they had a tough task in front of them with Kosova coming off a 14-2 win over Winged Bull last week.

Dynasty drew first blood in the 10th minute off a goal from Ismael Hernandez assisted by Pierre-Angelo Ramirez putting Dynasty up 1-0 but the lead did not last long after Kosova were able to equalize a minute later. In the 16th minute of the first half Erick Mendoza stoled the ball away from a Kosova Midfielder quickly putting Dynasty in a 3v2 advantage. Good passes between Daniel Martinez and Erick Mendoza followed by a simple one touch finish by Joseph Coker put Dynasty back in the lead 2-1. Two minutes after the second goal Dynasty put high pressure on the Kosova’s keeper causing him to make a bad pass right into Ken Melotte, who did not waste the chance to put the ball into the back of the net giving Dynasty a 3-1 lead at half.

Unfortunately after the goal by Ken Melotte he received a blue card for taunting the Kosova keeper putting Dynasty one man down starting the second half, which Kosova where able to get a goal back making it 3-2 Dynasty. Two minutes after Kosova scored their second goal they did not have to wait too long to get the third. An unfortunate  deflection off  Daniel Martinez put Kosova in a scoring position which they did not let go to waste putting the game again at even terms at 3-3 with 15 minutes left in the match.

The intensity of the match was already at a high level with fans chanting and banging on the boards. Kosova started to take scoring opportunities away by committing fouls to stop the flow of play. In one of the power plays Dynasty was able to take advantage of Kosova being a man down in the 10th minute off a free kick in Dynasty’s half that was taken by Jaime Finnan giving a quick pass to wide open Ismael Hernandez taking in the open space and making a pass to Erick Mendoza for a quick one two pass back to Ismael for his second goal of the match putting Dynasty in the lead again 4-3.

In the 8th minute of the second half Dynasty got a call in their favor when Kosova goalkeeper took a scoring chance away from Ken Melotte when he handled the ball outside his box resulting in a 5 minute penalty which put Dynasty in the driver seat to put the final finish in the match and put the match away for good. But indoor soccer being full of surprises and even with being a man up, Kosova got a free kick 15 yards from goal. A shot was taken and a deflection of Pierre-Angelo Ramirez put the ball towards near post which made it difficult for Keeper Brian Legorreta to keep it outside of the goal putting the game at 4 all with minutes left into the match.

Dynasty did not put their heads down. They knew they needed to get one more goal to go home with 3 points therefore Dynasty kept the pressure on Kosova. The final opportunity came when Daniel Martinez made a pass to wide open Pierre-Angelo Ramirez who only had to put the final touch on the ball, but the ball hits the inside of the post and bounces right back out ending the match at 4-4.

It was disappointing to have dropped two points in this important fixture having the lead not just once but three times in the match and at one point having a two goal lead and just letting it go to waste power plays. Over all Dynasty is proud of their performance against the team that a week ago demolished Winged Bull 14-2. We should expect that when these two sides meet again it will be another exciting and challenging match. The player of the match goes to Forward Ismael Hernandez for scoring two goals in this match and having a total of 3 goals for the season only two weeks into the NSL Indoor Season.

With the draw Dynasty has four points in the standings keeping them at 3rd place two weeks into the season. Next Week Dynasty will play a young sided Chicago Inter White which have yet to win a match and will be looking to get their first win while Dynasty look to stay undefeated.

Dynasty FC 4:4 FC Kosova

Dynasty FC defeat Gremio A in NSL Indoor Season Opener 1-0. Dynasty had ball possession for majority of the match but were not testing the keeper enough keeping Gremio in the match. The first half ended in a stalemate with no goals to show for either side.

Within the first five minutes of the second half Dynasty were able to build up a quick counter attack  resulting in the first goal in the match by the new comer Ismael Hernandez and assists by Fabian Martinez and Jimmy Martinez. Dynasty work was not finished as Gremio still kept getting good chances on goal but sixteen year old Brian Legorreta was at top form making nine saves by the end of the match keeping the score line 1-0.

With the final score being 1-0 Dynasty is happy with the result and felt they deserved the win.  The team played well in grinding out the result needed to start the season on the right foot. Player of the Match goes to Goalkeeper Brian Legorreta in keeping the team in the game and getting his first clean sheet of the season.

Next Friday Dynasty take on Outdoor Champs FC Kosova. The last time the two teams met in outdoor the match ended in a draw at 1 a piece.

Bosphours got their first goal after a bad clearance which put Bosphours forward on a 1v1 agaisnt the keeper which the forward put the ball behind the net putting Bosphours up 1-nil.

First Team - NSL Make Up Match Report

Dynasty played under the lights this pass Friday against third place Lamaso FC. From the start both teams knew that this was import fixture  as they both fighting for the promotion spot as the season is coming to a close in a few weeks. The match started pretty slow with both teams not getting many chances on goal until the 30th minute when Pierre-Angelo Ramirez got a break away from the outside and put a pass across the field to Erick Mendoza and one timed it into upper 90 giving the Lamaso keeper no chance on making a save and putting Dynasty up 1-nil.

In the second half the match took a turn for the worse with bad calls being made by the ref. Lamaso forward took a dive inside the penalty area before a Dynasty’s Captain Jaime FInnan got to him but the ref still called a penalty and sent off Jaime Finnan leaving Dynasty a man down for the rest of the match. Lamaso was able to tie the match after the penalty evening up the score at one a piece. Dynasty was still able to put pressure on Lamaso and on the 60th minute Joseph Coker was able to break pass the defense putting Dynasty up 2-1 with just 30 minutes left in the match. But the lead was short lived after Lamaso was able to get the equalizer in the 70th minute. The game started going down hill from there once the ref lost control of the match making bad calls and not calling the game evenly and with all the time wasted the ref did not add any injury time which Pierre-Angelo Ramirez was sent off in the final 5 minutes of the match after a few words were exchange with the ref about not adding injury time.
